Dr. Patti Gordon is a 1984 graduate of The University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. She established All Cats Healthcare Clinic here in Gainesville, in 1993. She has lived in Gainesville since 1975 and her and her husband, Art Donovan, have been married since 1985. They share their love and their lives with six wonderful children, lots of cats, dogs, and various other pets that came into their busy, but happy, lives.
She is a member of AVMA, AAFP, Alachua VMA, AAHA, FVMA, AAZV, Feline Conservation Federation, UF Alumni Association, and Children’s Home Society of Florida. She is also a member of a variety of other community and national organizations.
In her spare time, Patti’s activities involve sports, fitness, animals, reading and community service.
Dr. Meriam Molstad, DVM
Dr. Molstad is a graduate of University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor degree in Animal Science. She then attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine to get her Doctorate. Dr. Molstad came to All Cats Healthcare Clinic as an extern because she had a specific interest in feline medicine and a sense that cats overall were under served in the field of Veterinary Medicine. She wanted to learn as much as possible about how to give appropriate care for them so she could make a difference in the quality of care that cats and their owners received. After she graduated, she became an Associate here, and continued to learn from Dr. Gordon. At the same time, she was very instrumental in teaching our technicians to be well educated on feline-specific illnesses. Dr. Molstad is an avid horseback rider. She also shows her horse and does dressage. Her babies though are her Sphynx cats. She has 5 sphynxes, 1 rex, and 1 domestic short hair.
Dr. Grace White
Dr. White is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine and joined our practice as a full time associate in June 2017. After completing an externship at All Cats Healthcare Dr. White discovered her passion for feline medicine. As a triple gator she is an avid Gator sports fan. In her free time she enjoys gardening, and exploring the Florida trails with her horse. She shares her home with three cats, Boo, Peeka and Zorro all acquired from the streets of Gainesville. Dr. White is a member of AVMA, Alachua County VMA, AAFP, UF CVM Alumni Council and AAEP.
Dr. Isis Sanchez
Dr. Sanchez returns to Gainesville, FL after a 4 year hiatus. Previously, Dr. Sanchez provided surgical services, on a referral-only basis, to many clinics in North Central Florida. During her sabbatical, Dr. Sanchez tried to corporate veterinary practice and studied acupuncture, therapeutic massage, and regenerative medicine. From 1997 to 2000, Dr. Sanchez was chief of a Soft-Tissue Surgical Service at The Animal Medical Center (AMC) in New York, NY. There she taught small animal surgery to interns and residents and received the Carola Warburg Rothschild Human/Animal Bond award. Dr. Sanchez enjoys all aspects of surgery. Her chief areas of interest are plastics and reconstruction, oncologic surgery, wound management, urologic surgery and cardio-thoracic surgery. Dr. Sanchez is certified in Veterinary Medical Acupuncture. Throughout her career, Dr. Sanchez has worked with multiple rescue organizations performing pro bono surgeries to help the homeless animals rehabilitate and find good homes.

In her free time Dr. Sanchez enjoys hiking, backpacking, reading, fencing, swimming and rowing. She has hiked on all the major mountains along the Cascade Range. Her children are Pancho, a Chihuahua Mix, and Muddy a Siamese Mix, both are rescues. Dr. Sanchez also enjoys spending time with friends and her extensive two-legged family.
Jennifer has been an All Cats Healthcare team member since 2008. Jenn, as she is known to her friends and coworkers, says that working at All Cats is a daily educational experience. She enjoys working with skillful coworkers, doctors, and all of our crafty house cats.
Jenn has had a lifetime of experience caring for pets and handling creatures. She currently has 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a bunch of chicken and ducks. Jenn is always fostering some kind of creature, whether it is a wild creature for Carson Springs or a baby rat she found in the tall grass by her house. Her knowledge and her nurturing nature has been a blessing for our patients, clients, and coworkers.
Amber is an only child who has always had to passions, horses and cats!
Amber spends her time off riding horses, kayaking, riding bikes, reading,
and spending time with her family and friends. Amber is a student at
University of Florida working on her Bachelor's in Animal Sciences. She is hoping to go to vet school, and since she had little knowledge of veterinary medicine for small animals, she applied at All Cats with the hopes of becoming part of one of the best veterinary teams in the area. From the moment she began working , we knew she was a great fit. She is a very fast learner, she is very kind and loving to all of our patients, and she has a remarkable desire to know more. When Amber steps in the door, she is like a ray of sunshine that brightens everyone's day, and she has worked nonstop to prove that she deserves the title of Senior Technician. With a crop of new employees, she never fails to astound us with her patience and persistence to give them the knowledge that she so desired when she was new.
Marcos came to All Cats in July of 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Biology from the University of Florida, and plans to pursue a graduate degree in evolutionary biology. He embraces every opportunity to provide a compassionate and low-stress experience for every feline patient that comes in. He has been named the All Cats; “Cat Whisperer”. He is a phenomenal asset to our furry friends. Outside of work, Marcos enjoys reading, playing guitar and ukulele, and spending time with his own personal cat, Pietro.
Lindsay came to All Cats via Dr. Gordon. She has known her family for quite some time and Dr. Gordon knew she would be a good fit. Lindsay started as a kennel technician and has moved up to her current position as an experienced technician. Lindsay has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Appalachian State University. Lindsay has two dogs Ryder and Pearl as well as three cats Elvis, Jax and TJ. Lindsay's compassion for animals is evident in all the work and care she puts into each and every task that she performs at the clinic. Lindsay has a passion for training new employees in Kennel as she excelled in that area of our hospital. Lindsay also coaches softball at a local private school and a travel ball team. She enjoys going to the beach, outdoor activities and working out at the gym.
Shane started working at All Cats in June 2012. He is a recent newlywed, so he spends most of his free time listening to music or enjoying the outdoors with his beautiful wife, Cathy. Shane has an Associate degree in Zoo Animal Technology and an Associate degree in Elementary Education from Santa Fe College. Shane started at All Cats because he wanted to be working in a field where he could use both his knowledge and skills from his degree. He began in reception and worked his way up to inventory manager. Now Shane fills his day making sure our office has all of the supplies and medication to ensure that we are able to treat patients effectively. He also is always willing to lend a hand if another employee needs assistance with handling a cat.
Melody came to work with us to gain experience with animals, and adopted her first and only kitty, Patches, from us. She is currently a student at Santa Fe College working on her Associate degree in Animal Science. Melody is hoping to attend veterinary school in the future. Currently she is working very hard on improving her skills so that she may join our outstanding veterinary technician team. Melody excels in assisting with our adoptables, caring for boarders, and making sure our house cats are spoiled, as all cats should be.
